Our Story

Croix100 is Brussels’ first restaurant entirely dedicated to gourmet croissants. Open since 2024, we created a unique concept that reinvents the traditional croissant into a complete gastronomic experience.

Our Philosophy

Every day, our artisans prepare on-site a variety of savoury and sweet croissants, filled with fresh, quality ingredients. From the Norwegian with smoked salmon and avocado, to the sweet Pistachio, every creation is designed to surprise and delight.

Croix100 Gare Centrale — Rue d’Arenberg 44, 1000 Brussels
Open Monday-Friday 8am-7pm, Saturday-Sunday 10am-7pm

Croix100 Louise — Rue de Dejoncker 19, 1060 Saint-Gilles
Open every day 10am-6pm
