Our brunch

Brunch at Croix100 takes a relaxed approach to the Brussels brunch scene: no fixed set menu, no buffet, no rigid time slots. You build your brunch à la carte from our savoury gourmet croissants (€12.50–€16.50), sweet ones (€7.50–€13.50), homemade pastries and signature drinks (matcha, specialty coffee, fresh juices). Served Monday to Sunday at our two addresses: Croix100 Gare Centrale (Rue d’Arenberg 44, 1000 Brussels, open from 8am on weekdays) and Croix100 Louise (Rue de Dejoncker 19, 1060 Saint-Gilles, every day 10am-6pm). It’s a no-pressure brunch where you can take a single Norwegian salmon croissant or stack three — you only pay for what you eat. Booking recommended on weekends: Croix100 Brussels regularly fills up Saturday and Sunday lunchtime.

Our take on brunch

We made one simple choice: not to impose the €28 buffet format you find everywhere in Brussels. Buffets waste food, create stress, and always end the same way — bulk ham, cheese and salmon. At Croix100, brunch revolves around the flaky croissant: 12 savoury versions and 9 sweet, each treated as a dish in its own right (Norwegian salmon-avocado, Caprese pesto-mozzarella, Pistachio, Bueno…). Order what you want, when you want, as much as you want. Fairer for light eaters, more exciting for those who want to taste several gourmet croissants. The coffee is specialty grade (espresso €3.50 to flat white €4.80), the matcha is ceremonial (matcha latte €5.50, White Matcha Cloud €7), and juices are pressed daily. Everything made on-site, to order.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about brunch

What is the best brunch in Brussels?

Subjective question, but here's what makes Croix100 regularly cited among the best brunch brussels options: an à la carte format (no forced buffet), a unique signature product in the city (the gourmet croissant), in-house specialty coffee and two central addresses (Gare Centrale and Louise). For the best brunch brussels match for your style, check recent Google reviews: 4.7/5 from 600+ reviews across both venues.

What time do you serve brunch at Croix100?

Croix100 brunch is served continuously throughout opening hours. Croix100 Gare Centrale: Monday-Friday 8am-7pm, Saturday-Sunday 10am-7pm. Croix100 Louise: every day 10am-6pm. For a classic weekend brunch brussels between 10am and 2pm, book ahead — that's the busiest slot. For a late, quieter brunch, come between 2.30pm and 5pm.

Do I need to book for Croix100 brunch?

Booking isn't mandatory but strongly recommended on weekends (Saturday and Sunday, 10am-2pm) when Croix100 Brussels is regularly fully booked. Book at croix100.com (online form, choose between Gare Centrale or Louise) or call +32 494 06 20 36. Email confirmation. On weekdays, outside peak hours, you can walk in without a reservation.

How much does brunch at Croix100 cost?

No fixed price — you pay for what you order. As a guide, a typical brunch with us costs €18-25 per person: one savoury croissant (€12.50-€16.50), one sweet croissant or pastry (€4-€13.50), and a drink (coffee €3.50-€4.80, matcha €5.50-€7, fresh juice €6.50). The breakfast in brussels lunch deal at €12 (coffee + juice + croissant + eggs) is the most affordable weekday option.

Is there brunch at Gare Centrale in Brussels?

Yes. Croix100 Gare Centrale (Rue d'Arenberg 44, 1000 Brussels, 3 min walk from Brussels Central Station) serves brunch every day in a large industrial glass-roofed space, Monday-Friday 8am-7pm and weekends 10am-7pm. It's one of the rare brunch venues near Gare Centrale open from 8am on weekdays — handy for an early brunch before a museum day (Mont des Arts is 5 min away) or a train.

Do you also serve breakfast on weekdays?

Yes. Croix100 Gare Centrale opens at 8am on weekdays and offers the full menu — including the breakfast in brussels lunch deal at €12 with coffee, fresh orange juice, mini croissant or pain au chocolat, and scrambled eggs. Ideal before work, a train or a meeting. Croix100 Louise opens at 10am, more oriented towards late brunch and afternoon.

Is the Croix100 brunch vegetarian, halal or suitable for special diets?

Several savoury croissants are vegetarian: Caprese (€14.50), Scrambled (€12.50), Mozzarella Chicken without chicken on request. All sweets and pastries are meat-free. On the halal side, most of the menu is compatible (chicken, salmon, tuna, vegetables) — except The Italian (Parma ham), The Hot-Dog (cervelas sausage) and Le Croix100 Burger (non-certified beef). For gluten-free, we don't have a suitable croissant currently — flag it when booking.

Is the brunch all-you-can-eat or à la carte?

À la carte only. We deliberately chose not to do a buffet or all-you-can-eat formula because it pushes overconsumption and food waste. You order what you want, as much as you want. Fairer for small appetites and more exciting for those who want to try several different gourmet croissants. No fixed brunch menu imposed.

What drinks come with brunch (mimosa, coffee, matcha)?

No mimosas by the glass (we're a restaurant, not a brunch bar), but a solid drinks card: specialty coffee (espresso €3.50 to flat white €4.80), matcha latte brussels (€5.50) and three signature matcha drinks at €7 (White Matcha Cloud, Belgian Matcha, Season Matcha), fresh-pressed orange juice (€6.50), teas, house ice tea, water. For champagne: only available with our private hire package (+€20/person).

Can I privatise for a birthday brunch, baby shower or hen party?

Yes. Both restaurants can be privately booked for personal brunches: birthdays, baby showers, hen and stag parties, family brunches, gatherings with friends. Croix100 Gare Centrale hosts up to 36 guests (€400 minimum); Croix100 Louise hosts up to 28 guests in a more intimate setting (€250 minimum). Group menu €25/person, optional wines (+€15) or champagne (+€20). Request directly via the private hire form on the site.
