Private hire at Croix100: how it works in practice
Birthday, afterwork, team building or baby shower — here's how private hire at our two locations works, the rates, and our tips to make the event run smoothly.
(H)## Two venues, two vibes
Both our locations can be privately booked, with different capacities:
- Croix100 Gare Centrale (Rue d’Arenberg 44) — up to 36 guests, minimum spend €400
- Croix100 Louise (Rue de Dejoncker 19) — up to 28 guests, minimum spend €250
Gare Centrale has a more urban feel, with an industrial glass roof — perfect for an afterwork or a product launch. Louise is cosier and brighter — ideal for a birthday, a private brunch or a baby shower.
Step by step
1. We talk. You write to us through the form or call +32 494 06 20 36 with your needs: date, number of guests, occasion, timing. We confirm availability the same day.
2. Quote and deposit. We send a clear quote by email. A 20% deposit secures the date.
3. We prepare together. A week before, we finalise details: formula (brunch, cocktail, sweet-and-savoury, matcha bar), allergies, drinks, possible decoration, playlist if you have one.
4. The day itself. We open for you, we welcome your guests, we run the service. You enjoy.
Three classic formulas
To give you a rough idea:
- Brunch formula (from €28/pers.) — full breakfast, savoury and sweet croissants, hot drinks, juices
- Cocktail formula (from €25/pers.) — mini croissants, pastries, signature drinks
- Matcha & treats formula (from €18/pers.) — perfect for a baby shower or an afternoon gathering
All formulas are flexible. We’ve already hosted private events with cake design, a DJ set, a photographer — anything is possible if we talk early enough.
What makes the difference
From experience, the private events that go best all share three things:
- a clear timeline (start, middle, end) — this helps pace the service
- one or two highlights — a speech, a guided tasting, a cake — rather than ten small things
- a point person on the client side who can make quick decisions
Book a private event
The easiest way is to contact us through the form or by phone. We usually answer within the day. Weekends book up fast — aim for 3 to 4 weeks ahead if you’re targeting a Saturday evening.
