Since we opened in 2024, we’ve been lucky to welcome thousands of curious customers in our two Brussels locations — Gare Centrale and Louise. We’ve also learned a lot along the way: about slow baking, Belgian flours, ingredient combinations that work… and the ones that don’t.

This blog is where we want to share all of it, in writing.

We publish about twice a month. We try to keep things short, useful and honest — no soulless SEO listicles.
